Claims I was 45 mins late at some point for my dog's grooming appointment..whereas the groomer was late I left and returned later. Would you believe I'm on their "naughty" list for being late? Oh yeah, and hold it against me EVERY time I make grooming appointments for my dog...although I'm ahead of time.
